Description
- Collaborate with department leaders to develop financial strategies and budgets.
- Provide insightful financial information to assist in business decision-making.
- Monitor financial performance and provide feedback to the management team.
- Engage in cost and scenario analysis to support business planning.
Profile
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
- A relevant qualification (ideally CIMA, but ACA / ACCA will be considered)
- Confidence to liaise with senior stakeholders
- Ability to communicate financial data to non financial stakeholders
Although not essential, experience gained with SAP and / or experience gained within a finance role in a manufacturing business would be advantageous.
