We're looking for a talented ERP Systems Specialist (Dynamics 365 Business Central) to play a key role in managing and improving business systems, with a focus on ERP and WMS systems. If you enjoy working in a collaborative environment and driving impactful change, this could be the perfect role for you. Please note this role is office based.
What you'll be doing as the ERP Systems Specialist (Dynamics 365 Business Central):
- Take the lead in managing and enhancing the ERP system (Microsoft Business Central), ensuring it meets business needs.
- Help on board new clients and integrate their systems through EDI.
- Partner with Finance and IT teams to manage system upgrades, test new features, and keep everyone informed of changes.
- Own the roadmap for business systems, making sure updates, improvements, and issue resolutions are handled efficiently.
- Identify opportunities for making operations more efficient and maximizing system functionality.
- Lead projects focused on automating processes, improving reporting accuracy, and streamlining workflows.
- Maintain data accuracy, monitor system performance, and collaborate with external partners to resolve any issues.
- Create user guides and deliver training to support teams across different departments.
About you as the ERP Systems Specialist (Dynamics 365 Business Central):
- At least professional hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV) in a similar role.
- A proven ability to manage ERP projects and implement system updates.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to improve business processes through technology.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teams across different departments and external partners.
- Experience in a distribution environment is a bonus, but not required.
- Ready to make an impact and drive the business forward really adding value both within tech and the wider business
