Pensions Associate- Manchester- Top 40 Firm
I have a unique opportunity for a Solicitor/Associate (1-3 PQE) to join a Top 40 practice and form part of a fantastic top tier Pensions & Employment team that works across the entirety of the UK and deal with clients on a national & international basis.
You will be expected to work with a range of corporate clients and provide comprehensive advice relating to pension schemes and arrangements, including defined benefit and defined contribution schemes, as well as restructurings and winding up, buy-in and buy-out projects, and pensions Litigation. You will be dealing with a broad range on Pensions matters but will have the opportunity to advise in relation to more than 200 occupational pension schemes, ranging from £1m to more than £2 billion in size.
