We are looking to recruit experienced Tenant Liaison Officers in the Cheshire area to support a number of our Social Housing clients on upcoming projects around the region on an ongoing, temporary basis with hourly rates up to £20ph and working hours between 35-40 per week.
Your new role
- You'll provide a visible presence around communities where projects are taking place, acting as the main point of contact for tenants & contractors, dealing with any queries or issues that they may have efficiently & effectively.
- Visiting tenants in their homes, advising on dates of upcoming work or changes to schedule and what to expect whilst work is being carried out
- Carrying out customer satisfaction surveys and monitoring complaints
- Working in liaison with tenants, contractors and housing officers to ensure maximum support is provided whilst work is carried out
- Ensuring minimum impact on tenants' daily lives and accommodating any reasonable adjustments for vulnerable customers where appropriate
- Keeping accurate records of all contact with customers & contractors, and any actions that have been taken
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 12 months in a TLO role, ideally within the social housing sector
- Excellent communication, customer service, complaints handling and resolution skills
- Good organisational skills and ability to work on own initiative
- Driving licence with access to own vehicle and valid business insurance
What you'll get in return
