We're looking for someone with excellent administration, attention to detail and organisation skills with Microsoft Office software experience, particularly Excel, who can assist with general admin but also pick up basic accounts duties to assist the finance team. Start August 2024

The Person:
- Administrative experience
- Strong user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

- Local & looking for a part-time office-based role over 3 or 4 days Monday - Friday

The Role:
- General admin duties, answering calls, filing, data entry etc.
- Working closely with employees to collect and verify essential travel information and prepare accurate travel documentation
- Coordinate and manage travel arrangements for employees, ensuring all bookings align with company policies and adhere to project timelines
- Manage company expenses and credit card expenditure
- Manage/update the company purchase ledger
- Other Ad Hoc Duties as required.
