Carbon60 are looking to recruit a Part Time Assistant Procurement Officer in Southampton.
Location: Southampton (Hybrid)
Pay Rate: £18.27 - £20.48 per hour (£38,000-£42,600 Pro Rata)
Contract: Temporary ongoing (minimum of 3 months)
Hours: 3 Days per week (flexible on days)
The Role:
- Use of e-procurement tender portals
- Supporting the health and care category procurement team to delivery end to end procurement processes.
- Achieve value for money in a timely and efficient manner
- Support the procurement team with administrative tasks
The Successful Candidate:
- Excellent team working skills
- Ability to develop and manage close working relationships
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Competent using e-procurement techniques
- Experience in using e tendering portals
- Experience in using Microsoft teams and SharePoint is an advantage
