Marketing Project Executive

We are a well established and successful international engineering and manufacturing company who operate across a range of businesses within the group. Due to our continued growth and development as an organisation, we now require a dedicated Marketing Project Executive reporting into the Marketing Manager and as part of a team of 7 within marketing. You will be working with 3 of the companies within our group providing a range of marketing support and co-ordination covering the full marketing mix with the emphasis of your duties being comms related. We can offer a hybrid working arrangement from our modern manufacturing and Head Office sites in Yateley. The role would suit candidates who can demonstrate generalist marketing skills in a B2B environment, ideally with the ability to understand a technical product and solid comms planning, social media and content writing skills. You will be supported by your marketing colleagues and liaise with Directors across the business whilst working with the Marketing Manager to ensure the Sister companies get the marketing support required.
Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing strategy and execution, including website management, email marketing, social media content creation and management, and campaign performance analysis for various entities an domains.
Social Media Strategy: Provide strategic guidance and support to the companies we work with in developing and executing their social media and content creation strategy
Project Management: Manage marketing projects and campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate progress, and build strong relationships.
Marketing Analytics: Collect, analyze, and report on marketing metrics and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.
Digital Marketing Proficiency: Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, platforms, and tools.
Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey information to various audiences.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Creativity: Ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns and content.

You should have a good knowledge of Microsoft office packages, including Excel with ideally some Photoshop, Reporting knowledge, WordPress CMS and Google Analytics skills. You should have great Attention to detail, be comfortable in Communication with a range of Senior Stakeholders and have a Basic knowledge of SEM/SEO. Demonstrable B2B marketing experience within a technically orientated commercial environment is an advantage. Proven experience demonstrating a ‘hands on' approach and a willingness to ‘get stuck in'.
