Our client is a successful business advisory firm who are now seeking an experienced corporate finance professional, with a background in Transaction Services, who is looking for more exposure to M&A.
The Role.
The role will have a Transaction Services focus but will also give the successful candidate an opportunity to work on our clients M&A and valuation projects. The successful Corporate Finance Senior Manager will be a senior member of our clients successful corporate finance team and, taking responsibility for the full range of transaction activities, will lead on Transaction Services projects across the mid-markets. As a senior team member you will support other senior team members by both developing new opportunities for the Corporate Finance team and by leveraging your existing network.
The Person.
For this Corporate Finance Senior Manager role you should be ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualified, with at least four years Transaction Services experience within a major accountancy practice, corporate finance boutique, or investment bank. You should have a proven track record of successfully managing projects across the whole transaction lifecycle, together with a positive work ethic and an appetite to learn and develop.
A well-established network would be very advantageous.
