My clients are seeking a passionate Architectural Technician with strong Revit skills to join the team in Manchester.
The successful Architectural Technician will be a proficient user of Revit with a few years of post-qualification experience working across a range of sectors including residential and commercial and be keen to help input to company growth.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:
- A relevant HND/ HNC or degree in Architectural Technology
- Substantial post qualification experience working in an Architectural Practice
- Strong technical abilities with Revit is essential
- Experience working in a medium to large Architectural practice
- Experience working on residential, commercial
- It would be advantageous to have experience on healthcare projects
- Confident producing tender and construction packages in Revit
- Capable at meeting project deadlines and manging workload efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Working towards Chartership
- Comprehensive understanding of current regulations and legislations
- Ability to produce high quality detailed design drawings
- Help to manage the emergent technical team members
- Be local to Manchester
