Credit Controller
Location: East Midlands, Leicestershire, Syston
Job Type: Temporary, expected to work 37.5 hours per week
Primary Industry: Accounting
Salary: up to £14 Per hour
The role:
- Chasing outstanding debts via phone, email, and letter
- Negotiating payment plans with customers
- Updating financial records and customer details
- Producing aged debtor reports
- Working closely with other departments to resolve billing discrepancies
The person:
- Proven experience as a Credit Controller or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
