About The Company:

Join a dynamic and evolving company, as they actively seek a skilled Commercial Property Manager to join their team. This role is integral to ensuring the smooth operation of the business and maintaining high standards across their properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management Support: Assist the management team in addressing and resolving business issues within the company and affiliated entities.
  • Reporting: Regularly report to the Managing Director and Financial Controller.
  • IT Proficiency: Demonstrate competence in Microsoft Word, Excel (including formulas), and cloud-based systems like SharePoint. Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and filing skills are essential.
  • Planning and Drafting: Produce accurate scaled plans for leases and internal planning using online tools and manual scaling from maps.
  • Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits, meet with tenants to discuss and resolve practical issues.
  • Planning Applications: Monitor weekly planning applications, and review local press for legal notices affecting company operations. Report findings to management.
  • Emergency Response: React promptly to emergencies with excellent organizational skills, multitasking, and prioritising in dynamic situations.

Day-to-Day Management:

  • Office and Site Oversight: Manage the Landlord's office and various commercial sites.
  • Issue Resolution: Address urgent issues like gas leaks or electrical problems.
  • Maintenance Supervision: Oversee maintenance work conducted by team members.
  • Lease Management: Handle all aspects of lease management, including handovers to and from tenants, dealing with issues like liquidation, administration, and utility matters.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management.
  • Strong IT skills, especially in Microsoft Office and online cloud systems.
  • Ability to create accurate scaled plans.
  • Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Experience in managing lease-related matters.
  • Ability to react swiftly to emergencies.
