Responsibilities:

Legal duties (50% of the role):

  • Reviewing, drafting, negotiating and advising on a variety of contracts, including distributor, customer, supplier and tenders
  • Support UK's leadership team with corporate matters and to navigate the legal framework
  • Support marketing and education initiatives and become an expert on the legal framework

Compliance duties (50% of the role):

  • Implementing governance framework and proactively identify areas for business process enhancements and of non-compliance with legal requirements, regulatory guidelines, company policies, and/or written standards
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of compliance strategies to ensure the company's values and ethical standards; providing in-person training where appropriate
  • Provide advice and interpretation of the company's code of conduct, relevant laws and regulations, compliance policies (e.g. Antibribery and Antitrust related), relevant industry regulations, and industry codes

Your Profile:

England & Wales qualified solicitor

2 to 3 years of legal and/or compliance experience
