We are working with our client on a search for a Senior HR Business Partner.
To be considered for this role, you must have demonstrable experience working in Human Resources with significant experience working within a UK based regulated environment with the insurance market being highly desirable but not essential. You should have comprehensive knowledge of human resource disciplines including compensation, benefits, employee relations, performance, recruitment, payroll, and learning & development. Our client would like to see experience of operating in a business partner model, working with C suite managers to front line managers to create positive business outcomes. An extensive understanding of HR Best Practice with up-to-date knowledge of UK and international employment legislation is essential.
