We are working with a rapidly expanding software provider in Nottingham, on the brink of exciting growth after securing contracts with several multi-national clients. As they expand their operations, they are seeking a talented PMO Analyst to join their professional services team and help bring innovative software solutions to life.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a PMO Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
Desirable:
- Experience within the energy or utilities sector.
- Background in both public and private sector businesses.
Role Overview:
- Support the delivery of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Maintain and develop PMO processes, standards, and templates.
- Provide insightful reporting and analysis to stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across project teams.
- Assist in resource planning and allocation.
