Sales and Lettings Manager - Estate Agents

My client is an award winning Property Management and estate agency in South London, known for commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

They are part of a well established brand and have over 90 independently owned offices nationwide.
They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Lettings Manager to join their West Norwood team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in property sales and lettings.

You will oversee daily operations, drive sales growth, and ensure the highest level of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored property solutions.
  • Sales and Lettings Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales and lettings strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct regular market research to stay updated on trends and competitor activities.
  • Property Listings: Oversee the marketing of new properties, ensuring high-quality listings. Negotiation: Handle negotiations for property sales and lettings, securing the best deals for clients. Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years in a sales and lettings role Education
  • MARLA and or MNAEA preferred but not essential Skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven negotiation skills and a customer-focused approach
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans
  • Computer literate and good understanding of Rightmove Plus and Zoopla Pro

Package on offer:

  • Basic salary £25,000-£30,000
  • £50,000 OTE
  • Competitive salary with performance-based commission and bonuses
  • You will be supported with excellent training for professional development and career advancement.

Hours

  • Office based 5 days a week including Saturdays
  • 1 day off between monday - Friday
  • 9am - 6pm
