Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the rental of residential properties, managing tenant relationships, and ensuring efficient property occupancy. This role offers excellent career prospects within a growing company.

Responsibilities:

  • Letting Process Management: Handle everything from advertising available properties to lease signing.
  • Property Viewings: Conduct property viewings and provide essential information to potential tenants.
  • Tenant Screening: Review applications and perform background checks on prospective tenants.
  • Lease Negotiations: Skillfully negotiate lease terms and conditions with tenants.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Liaise with landlords and maintenance staff to address property repairs promptly.
  • Tenant Support: Respond to tenant inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure all rental properties meet legal requirements and health and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple properties and tasks effectively.
  • Administrative Proficiency: Handle lease agreements, tenant documentation, and property records efficiently.
  • Multilingual Skills: A plus for effective communication with a diverse tenant base.
  • Exceptional Communication: Interact seamlessly with tenants, landlords, and maintenance personnel.
  • Previous Lettings experience & full driving license essential
