We are seeking an accurate administrator to join our client's successful and growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our Account Management team by assisting with administrative tasks, client communications, and ensuring that our account management processes run efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills who is seeking a career within administrative support, as overtime there will be scope for career progression!

Job Title: Administrator

Location: Bracknell

Salary & Benefits: £24,000 per annum, private healthcare, hybrid working, free onsite parking, and more!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team in managing client and supplier relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Respond to telephone and email enquiries regarding quotes, repeat business and contracts
  • Process client enquiries and requests, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
  • Organise and maintain client records, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date
  • Prepare and proofread correspondence, emails, and documents as needed
  • Help monitor the sales pipeline, assisting in reporting on client portfolio performance
  • Coordinate meetings, calls, and schedules for the sales team when required

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong administration and telephone competency
  • Proactive communication and relationship building abilities
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information
  • Strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks efficiently Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and client database systems
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
