Job description:
- Organizing, planning and implementing credit control strategies
- Maintaining precise records and delivering accurate management information
- Ensuring adherence to debt collection processes
- Collaborating in the enhancement and optimization of credit control processes and procedures
- Evaluating customer credit and making approval or denial decisions based on industry standards
- Approving payment plans and establishing terms and conditions
- Providing guidance and mentorship to existing team members, encompassing motivation, development, workload monitoring and continuous skill and career advancement
- Generating high-level Management Information (MI) reports related to debt positions
- Liaising with in-house legal counsel when necessary
