I am working with a rapidly growing family-run business who are recruiting a Business Development Executive. This role offers the opportunity to create new business opportunities through outbound calls and relationship building with prospective clients. Day-to-day of the role of a Business Development Executive:
- Conduct B2B outbound calls to qualify new and existing leads.
- Attract new companies to collaborate with our client, focusing on how improvements can be made through our services.
- Identify potential sales opportunities and generate leads with a seamless handover to the sales team for quoting, appointments, or virtual meetings.
- Engage in networking at various events to expand business connections.
Required Skills & Qualifications Business Development Executive:
- Proven work experience in business development or outbound calling is highly desirable.
- Professional and confident telephone manner, coupled with a positive and enthusiastic approach.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a focus on achieving sales goals.
- Ability to quickly build new business relationships.
