Role Overview: They are seeking experienced Paralegals / Legal Assistants to join their dynamic conveyancing team. The successful candidates will have the opportunity to assist on a varied caseload, supporting solicitors and partners in delivering excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting solicitors in managing a diverse caseload, which may include residential conveyancing, probate, family law, or litigation matters.
- Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and forms under supervision.
- Conducting legal research and preparing case summaries.
- Liaising with clients, third parties, and professionals involved in cases.
- Managing administrative tasks such as file management, billing, and scheduling appointments.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant in a reputable law firm.
- Demonstrable experience assisting on a varied caseload, ideally across multiple practice areas.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using legal case management systems and standard office software.
Desirable Skills:
