Remuneration: £25,000 - £28,000 + up to 13% discretionary bonus

The role of the Sales Support - Composite Roof Tiles & Accessories will involve:
- Selling a manufactured range of composite roofing tiles & accessories such as: composite slate tiles, composite shake tiles, underlay, ventilation, dry verges etc.
- Your time will be spent supporting the wider external sales team
- Deal with incoming customer enquiries via telephone & email
- Follow up on quotes which have been sent out by the sales or customer service team
- Qualifying sales leads before feeding back to the external team
- Scope to join the external team on visits with a view of progressing into field sales
- Experience dependent, assisting with quantity take offs for projects
The ideal applicant will be a Sales Support - Composite Roof Tiles & Accessories with:
- Must have construction industry experience, ideally within roofing
- Must have experience in a sales support or adjacent, such as internal sales or customer service
- Would consider someone on a roofing merchant trade counter
- Highly motivated and able to work on own initiative
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Good time management skills, focused and customer service orientated
- IT Literate (Microsoft Office)
