Position: Teaching Assistant

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs? This new SEN school is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join their team this September.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the classroom teacher in delivering tailored educational programs.
  • Assist students with their learning activities and personal development.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Provide one-on-one support to students as needed.
  • Help with classroom management and organization.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working with children, preferably in an SEN setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help students succeed.
  • Relevant qualifications or training in special education is a plus.
