What You'll Do:
As a Web and Digital Officer, you will:
- Manage Website Content: Use the CMS to maintain and optimize website content, ensuring high quality and brand consistency.
- Monitor and Improve: Ensure content quality, fix broken links, enhance user experience, and implement SEO strategies.
- Engage Users: Write engaging copy for the website and digital communications, including news articles and case studies.
- Analyse Performance: Utilise Google Analytics to measure and analyse website performance, providing insights and suggestions for improvement.
- Support Campaigns: Create landing pages and forms to support various campaigns and events.
- Digital Communications: Collaborate on email marketing and stakeholder communications.
Ideal Candidate:
? Proven experience in web content management and digital publishing platforms.
? Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and SEO principles.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
? Keen interest in new digital technologies and trends.
? High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
? Minimum 2 years' experience managing a website CMS.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with Umbraco CMS.
- Basic understanding of HTML.
- Google Analytics Academy certificates.
