Responsibilities of Marketing Performance Analyst:

  • Manage and optimise multiple websites utilising accurate analytics and insights.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualization, emphasizing insightful interpretation using tools like PowerBI.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to merge data sources for comprehensive client insights.
  • Own campaign tagging and tracking for precise measurement of marketing activities.
  • Analyze data to identify effective campaign tactics and implement reporting structures for actionable insights.
  • Contribute ideas for A/B testing and personalization strategies, defining success metrics.
  • Provide regular data analysis and deep dives to uncover opportunities.
  • Educate and upskill the team in web analytics, dashboards, and data visualization.
  • Develop a roadmap for continuous improvement in analytics and lead generation.
  • Support digital marketing strategy and campaigns, including website content management, inbound traffic generation, email marketing, social media reporting, and search and paid media advertising.
  • Manage various projects and campaign activities from inception to delivery, ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate on strategic channel development and influence business development strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and undertake relevant professional development.

Experience required of Marketing Performance Analyst:

  • Experience within financial or professional services, ideally
  • Demonstrate strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics 4, GTM, GSC, and CRM dashboards, preferable
  • Experience with A/B testing and data visualization tools like PowerBI.
  • Ability to derive insights from complex data sets and deliver recommendations effectively.
  • Proficient in digital systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledgeable about regulatory compliance in marketing within a regulated industry.
  • Able to meet deadlines, work with large datasets, and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
  • Demonstrates professional integrity and can operate within regulatory frameworks.
