Description

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
  • Support HR department with administrative tasks such as scheduling and organising meetings
  • Assist with the management of employee benefits
  • Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
  • Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries
  • Participate in HR projects, like help organise a job fair event
  • Report to the HR Director and assist with HR projects as required

Profile

A successful HR Admin should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources or relevant field
  • Experience in the retail sectors
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Understanding of the retail industry
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
