The role of the Business Analyst is key to bringing Elior's Digital and Retail strategy to life and making it successful. As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for leading and managing the analysis, design, and implementation of Digital and Retail business solutions. This includes working with stakeholders to gather requirements, developing and documenting solutions, and overseeing the implementation of those solutions.

What you'll be doing...

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document business requirements for digital and retail systems.
  • Serve as a trusted Digital and Retail tech advisor, maximizing technology value for Elior UK.
  • Manage and prioritize all technology demands from the Healthcare and Education business functions.
  • Champion the commercial and operational value of technology in investment business cases.
  • Deliver solution designs, manage project timelines and costs, and ensure service stabilization.
  • Mitigate risks related to security, compliance, performance, and user experience in technology systems.

This role requires a clean DBS check

Working Pattern: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

What can you bring?

Skills / Experience:

  • Managing agreed technology solution projects from conception to delivery.
  • Uses various facilitation methods to elicit requirements whilst challenging the status quo and proposing improvements.
  • Proven experience of working closely and successfully with stakeholders to deliver technology solutions which meet business requirements.
  • Management of 3rd party technology partners to deliver functional development and projects.
  • Prior experience of business analysis or project management in relation to technology solutions in at least one of the following business sectors - Education, Healthcare, Catering and Hospitality, and Retail.
