Aspire are looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teacher to join our vibrant team on a day-to-day basis, providing essential support in a dynamic and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adapt and deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet the needs of students with a range of SEN.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and growth.
- Work closely with teaching assistants and other staff to ensure every child receives the support they need.
- Monitor progress, providing regular feedback to both students and their parents/guardians.
- Implement individual education plans (IEPs) to help each student reach their full potential.

Requirements:
- PGCE/QTS or equivalent SEN teaching qualification is mandatory.
- Previous experience working with children with SEN is preferred.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards helping students succeed.
- Ability to adapt quickly and manage a variety of learning needs.
