We are looking to recruit an Associate Programme Director. This is your chance to join a leading digital agency with presence in the UK and the US!

Key Responsibilities as an Associate Programme Director

  • Lead and manage technical projects of varying scope and complexity.
  • Oversee projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, choosing the best fit for each project.
  • Ensure all required documentation is produced, using appropriate templates.
  • Track financial performance for each project, addressing any emerging issues with the department and account leads.
  • Foster strong interdepartmental relationships and encourage collaboration at the project level.
  • Work with the project's Business Analyst to gather, review, prioritise, and document business requirements for ticket creation and roadmap planning.
  • Represent the business value and requirements in discussions with project stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on client demos and milestone readout sessions.
  • Manage feature prioritization, ensuring all stakeholders understand project limitations.
  • Maintain and refine the team backlog with input from the team.
  • Provide guidance to the customer experience and creative design teams, helping to bring the product vision to life

Essential Experience, Qualifications, and Skills

  • Proven track record of delivering projects in top digital agencies or consultancy environments, including complex multi-technology and multi-channel projects.
  • Desirable experience with Umbraco and Sitecore development, including business-as-usual (BAU) support projects.
  • Fast learner with the ability to absorb and apply agency processes for effective project management from the start.
  • Deep industry knowledge in areas such as user experience (UX), software development, product ownership, or business analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with work management tools like Azure DevOps and Asana.
  • Expertise in working closely with UX, CX, CMS, design, and development teams, coordinating across geographically dispersed teams (US, London, and beyond).
  • Skilled in managing and tracking project milestones, such as roadmaps and timelines, identifying blockers early to prevent delays.
  • Proficient in GSuite, Asana, and Azure DevOps, with a high level of computer literacy.
