Accounts Receivable Assistant required for a temporary opportunity working for a well established business based in central Birmingham.
This role is to start immediately, you must be available to start asap to be considered for this opportunity.
Key Responsibilities :
- Daily bank reconciliations
- Deal with any payment queries and resolve discrepancies on accounts
- Reconcile customer accounts
- Daily cash allocations
- Allocate receipts to customer account
- Match payments off using remittance advise
- Liaise with customer to resolve queries
Key Requirements :
- Previous experience in Accounts Receivable role preferred
- Proficiency in Sage50 and Excel
- Excellent data entry and organisational skills
