Lettings Negotiator - £25,000 + OTE £27,500 - Bishopston & Clifton
Our client is seeking a Lettings Negotiator to join their award winning company based initially out of the Bishopston and Clifton offices covering central Bristol.
Job Role:
Generating, arranging, and carrying out viewings of properties to let
Building and maintaining long term relationships with Landlords having built a thorough understanding of their requirements
Advising prospective tenants, understanding their requirements & sourcing the best properties to match
Handling offers, negotiations and queries between Landlords & Tenants
Ensuring consistent delivery of our high levels of customer service
The candidate:

Basic Salary of £25,000with a realistic OTE of £27,500 (Uncapped Pooled Commission)
