We're looking for a dynamic and dedicated On-Site Coordinator to join our team for a 3-month fixed-term contract. Here are the key details:
Position: Weekday On-Site Coordinator
Type: Full-Time, Fixed Term Contract
Location: Panattoni Park - Weedon Road, Upper Heyford, Harpole, Northampton, NN7 4DE
Salary: £27,500 (Pro Rata)
Start Date: Immediate
Working Pattern:
- Night Shift: 21:30 PM - 06:30 AM, Weekdays

Your Role:
As an On-Site Coordinator, you'll be the linchpin in our operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Building strong relationships with our client and temporary workers
- Overseeing start and finish times for temporary workers
- Scheduling shifts to meet customer Service Level Agreements
- Assisting the recruitment team with local attraction and recruitment activities
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant policies, processes, and systems
