A London Insurance Syndicate is looking for a IT operations Manager, responsibly for the day-to-day delivery of the business's outsourced IT and security services. Including managing technology vendors. overseeing control frameworks and implementing new processes.
Responsibilities:
- Management of core. outsourced IT services contract
- Project management, with an internal focus on Blueprint 2
- On site IT support and triage of issues prior to escalation to the relevant supplier
- Ongoing development of governance and controls around IT and data
- Auditor (both internal and external) liaison and response
Experience/Qualifications:
- Experience within the insurance market is an advantage
- The ability to collaborate and develop trusted working relationships with stakeholders and other team members
- A keen focus on accuracy, timeliness and attention to detail
- Highly numerate and clear communicator
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
