Communications Manager - Projects - 6 Month FTC

Summary of the role:

This is a really exciting role working at the heart of Diligenta's major business transformation programme which got underway in January, working as part of our evolving People Engagement & Communications team. We're on a journey to transform communications and engagement in the business and you can play a key role in both this journey and the success of the transformation programme. We're looking for an experienced transformation / change communications professional who can hit the ground running and make a real difference.

What you'll be doing?

  • Be the dedicated communications lead for Diligenta's major business transformation programme
  • Develop and maintain a clear overall communications plan for the programme and specific elements / initiatives, ensuring alignment with the overall Diligenta communications and engagement strategy and plan
  • Be responsible for delivery of content on the programme for Diligenta's regular channels, dedicated programme updates and sessions at regular leadership and colleague events
  • Be embedded with the programme working closely with programme leadership and management, participating in programme meetings, providing updates for programme reporting etc.
  • Work closely with workstream leads to ensure that teams impacted by the transformation are fully informed and involved in changes that impact on them and have a good experience
  • Ensure key messages on the programme are integrated into overall business messaging
  • Be part of the central People Engagement & Communications team and work with team colleagues to deliver creative, engaging content on the programme
  • Measure engagement with and understanding of the programme and its benefits for colleagues and the business, and satisfaction with specific change communications.
