As part of the Senior Management team, you will play an integral role in sustaining the company's market-leading position by overseeing all production operations at there site. You will report directly to the Divisional Director for all Production Operational activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage safety and environmental issues.
- Lead and manage the workforce.
- Optimise operational efficiency and performance.
- Oversee production and maintenance activities.
- Manage raw materials and finished stock.
- Propose future improvements through continual process development.
Key Requirements:
- Engineering Graduate, preferably in Electrical Engineering; Mechanical Engineering disciplines or HND/HNC with relevant experience will be considered.
- Experience-backed working knowledge of process control.
- Experience in a automated production environment, holding operational responsibility for process and employee leadership.
- Ability to manage from the front in all activities.
