Key Responsibilities will include:
- Support the development and implementation of the annual people plan.
- Collaborate with the business and resourcing team to develop and maintain an effective resourcing plan and process that meets the needs of the organisation.
- Support the implementation of projects and initiatives.
- Advise managers on remuneration packages and manage the annual pay review process.
- Drive talent development by providing career development support and promoting training and development opportunities.
- Support talent management and succession planning activities.
- Utilise data and insights to provide information, identify trends and propose solutions.
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives.
The successful candidate will have:
- Extensive HR generalist experience working within a commercial environment.
- Ideally CIPD qualified or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience of managing and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Strong data analytical skills and experience in job evaluation would be ideal.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
