HR Business Partner

Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a new opportunity to make a significant impact? Our client, a prominent organisation in Surrey, is seeking a proactive and pragmatic HR Business Partner to join their team where you will provide HR advice and support across a range of areas including recruitment, reward, employee relations and talent development.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Support the development and implementation of the annual people plan.
  • Collaborate with the business and resourcing team to develop and maintain an effective resourcing plan and process that meets the needs of the organisation.
  • Support the implementation of projects and initiatives.
  • Advise managers on remuneration packages and manage the annual pay review process.
  • Drive talent development by providing career development support and promoting training and development opportunities.
  • Support talent management and succession planning activities.
  • Utilise data and insights to provide information, identify trends and propose solutions.
  • Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Extensive HR generalist experience working within a commercial environment.
  • Ideally CIPD qualified or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience of managing and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Strong data analytical skills and experience in job evaluation would be ideal.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
