An exciting opportunity for a Technician to join a leading geotechnical and geo-environmental consultancy has presented itself in Winchester. With 3 offices across the UK and a variety of exciting new projects to work on, this is a great opportunity to kickstart a career in ground investigation with view to progressing into an engineer role as experience is gained.
The Geotechnical Technician selected will be offered:

This Geotechnical Technician role will require frequent work outdoors and on site. You'll be working on large-scale water monitoring, contaminated land and site investigation projects: taking samples, gas monitoring, water sampling, trail pitting, logging, plate load testing and assisting the wider team where required.
Therefore, to considered for this Geotechnical Technician role you should:
- Have a degree in an industry relevant subject (for example geology, environmental science, physical geography or geo-environmental engineering).
- Have a keen interest in outdoor, hands-on work and have excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Hold a full and clean UK driving licence (essential).
- Have a full right to work in the UK.
- Live a commutable distance to Winchester and the surrounding area.
