Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting students with Special Educational Needs? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a dedicated team at a special school in Rhondda Cynon Taf.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Students: Provide tailored support for students with Autism, behavioral challenges, and other complex needs.
- Personal Care: Assist with personal care needs in a respectful and professional manner.
- Behavioral Management: Implement strategies to manage and support students with behavioral challenges.
Requirements:
- Experience as a TA: Must have prior experience working as a Teaching Assistant within schools.
- Strong SEN Knowledge: Deep understanding of supporting students with Autism and other complex needs.
- Compassion and Patience: A genuine passion for helping students overcome challenges and succeed.
- Level 2/3 Qualified Supporting Teaching & Learning
