KCR Solutions are delighted to be recruiting an Accounts Payable Assistant for our client based in the centre of Newcastle. The role has come about due to a period of rapid growth and would suit a team player, with an excellent attitude and passion for accounting.
HYRBID WORKING - you can predominantly work from home
Responsibilities include:
- Inputting purchase invoices
- Processing expense claim forms
- Processing company credit cards
- Bank reconciliations
- Running & analysing weekly aged creditor reports
- Assisting with weekly purchase ledger pay runs
- Month end balance sheet reconciliations
Essential Knowledge and Skills:
- Experience of working in an accounts department
- Good academic qualifications
- Strong excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Be able to work in a fast paced position
Hours : 8.30am to 5.30pm Mon to Fri
Holidays - 25 plus UK bank holidays plus 1 birthday day off
Annual end of year discretionary bonus available (after completing probation period)
