Location - Kirkintilloch
Salary - £24,000 - £26,000
Working hours - 830am - 5pm Monday to Friday
This job is office based

Our client based in Kirkintilloch are looking for an experienced Engineer Scheduler to join their team. They are a very well established business and the ideal candidate for them would be able to work in a fast paced and busy environment and be able to work in a reactive way.   • Manage internal system as key user on site including reactive tasks and reporting
  • Answer calls/email for the business in a timely fashion
  • Ensure all reactive requests raised on the helpdesk have the correct priority/engineer assigned
  • Ensure communication is maintained between Facilities Team and end user(s)
  • Liaise with Engineers and Managers daily/weekly to ensure quality of service is maintained.
  • Ensure engineers have work scheduled each day
  • Building relationships with Engineers
  • Actively identify innovation across the contract to enhance performance and continue to meet client expectations
  • Promote and maintain company culture
  • Communicate effectively and build/maintain relationships at all levels with internal and external customers
  • Attend and participate in any relevant training courses.
  • Assist with the monthly customer report
  • Provide comprehensive reports relating to all jobs raised through company system
  • Perform any other duties or responsibilities as requested by your Line Manager
  • Understand procedures and processes and operate them to the required standards
  • Obtaining supplier quotes where required and passing to Operational staff for action
  • Raising the appropriate POs for Supplier/Subcontractor services.
  • Updating client Web Portal as and when required.
  • Support Purchase Ledger Clerk when required / cover annual leave
  • Invoice Customers
  • Maintain / Order Stationary
  • Booking Accommodation
  • Process timesheets and expenses weekly
  • Providing Admin support to Contract Managers & H&S when required
