Are you an experienced professional with a knack for office management and operational leadership? Do you thrive in fast-paced corporate environments? We have an excellent opportunity for you! Our client, a multifaceted investment company, based in the heart of the City, looking for a dedicated and ambitious Office Manager to join their team. As the Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the site and administration team. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of operational functions, maintaining the highest levels of organisation and professionalism. Your excellent leadership skills and attention to detail will contribute to our client's continued success.

Duties:

  • Oversee daily administrative operations, including office supplies, equipment, and work space allocation.
  • Supervise and support administrative staff, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with outsourced finance team, managing payroll services and bookkeeping for the business.
  • Coordinate logistics and inventory management in collaboration with suppliers.
  • Manage and mentor a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all operational procedures, both internally and externally.
  • Proactively identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
  • Represent the company professionally in all interactions, maintaining their reputation for excellence.
  • Day to day administrative duties to support the executive team.

Requirements:

  • Must have proven office management and operational leadership experience within a fast-paced corporate environment. - Ideally within a Finance, Sales or Start-up business.
  • Strong financial and business acumen.
  • A self-starter, who is able to build strong working relationships.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communicator.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM experience is required.
