Package:
- £28,000 to £30,000pa
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 6pm (1 in 3 Saturday on a rota)
- 45 hours
- Bonus
We're looking for:
- Experience within sales, main dealer experience would be an advantage
- Possess good technical knowledge with ability to answer customer queries.
- Abilityto multitask and use your own initiative when faced with challenges
- Excellent communication and computer skills
- Impressive organisational skills
- Ability to thrive within a teamExtensive knowledge of CDK desirable, although training will be given
- Professional and courteous manner
Job Description
- Pro-actively contact customers with progress of work updates.
- Provide customer estimates according to company policy on schedules, time and pricing.
- Notify customers promptly of completion of work.
- Ensure customer awareness of all products and services available.
- Produce invoices of work carried out.
- Upsell various products.
- Advise customers of necessary repairs.
