Accounts Assistant (part-time)

If you're looking for a position where you can work around the school drop off/pickups, this one's for you.

This is an office-based role, 18 hours a week, over 3 days.

Reporting into the Finance Manager you'll be responsible for the handling of all finance administration.

Below is a small overview of the role...

  • Assisting the Finance Manager with all areas of Finance.
  • Assisting with management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Bookkeeping entries - receipts and payments.
  • Purchase Ledger including allocation of invoices, uploading invoices, preparing payment runs and reconciliations.
  • Sales Ledger including creating of sales invoices, recharges, issuing statements, basic enquiries.
  • Banking including receipts and payments entries, cash banking and petty cash.
