Position: Nursery Practitioner
Type: Full-Time/Part-Time Positions Available
Are you a qualified nursery practitioner with a passion for early years education? We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team at our vibrant nursery in Boroughbridge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nurturing care and educational support to children in accordance with the EYFS framework.
- Conduct observations and assessments to support individual learning and development.
- Manage key worker responsibilities, fostering strong relationships with children and families.
- Implement safeguarding policies and ensure the safety and well-being of all children.
- Participate in tailored training opportunities, including special educational needs (SEN) development.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Relevant childcare qualification (Level 2 or 3).
- Current First Aid certification.
- Strong understanding of safeguarding practices.
- Experience in observation and assessment.
- Proven key worker experience.
- Passion for supporting children's development, including those with SEN.
