Responsibilities:
- To greet, serve, and advise customers giving the highest standard of customer service at all times.
- Develop loyalty with our customers by building relationships with customers.
- To demonstrate product knowledge in all categories
- Assist with yearly stock audits
- Closing and opening the boutique when required
- Responsible for cash, cards, and tills transactions
- Ensure the visual merchandising is immaculate
Requirements:
- Must have 2 years of experience in retail.
- Strong communication skills and excellent customer service.
- Energetic, confident, and with a target-driven attitude
- Excellent in providing customer service
Offering:
- £24,000 - 26,000 annual basic salary based on experience.
- Great bonus structure/commission.
- Excellent benefits scheme
