Receptionist

I am currently recruiting for a Receptionist to support my client on a permanent, full-time basis.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, keen to learn and welcoming.

Day to day life as a Receptionist –

  • Serve as first point of contact for clients, providing a warm welcome, refreshments and assistance during their visit.
  • Handle incoming calls and direct them to the correct department.
  • Make purchases for stock and office supplies
  • Preparing and organising files.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing post and emails, including franking and distribution.
  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments.
  • Other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications and skills for the Receptionist role –

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Competent on Microsoft packages.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Attention to detail.

Additional information for the Receptionist role –

  • Full time and Permanent position.
  • Monday – Friday 08:30 – 17:00
  • Free parking.

  • Salary: £24,500
