QA Inspector
- Annual Salary: £12.87 - £15.50 per hour (depending on experience)

We are seeking a QA Inspector to join clients fantastic quality team, who will be responsible for maintaining high-quality standards through thorough inspections and equipment management. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence in manufacturing quality control.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Conduct goods inward inspection to ensure all materials meet quality standards.
- Perform in-house inspection and shop floor patrol to monitor ongoing production quality.
- Manage the calibration of internal measuring equipment using external accredited sources.
- Maintain client MNC/CAR registers on customer portals.
- Operate Mitutoyo CMM machine daily, with programming knowledge being advantageous.
- Carry out final inspection and sanity checking of daily shipped parts to guarantee product integrity.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in a quality assurance role within a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with inspection techniques and quality control processes.
- Ability to use and maintain a variety of measuring and inspection equipment.
- Strong organisational skills to manage equipment calibration schedules.
- Competence in operating CMM machinery.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to upholding quality standards.

Working Hours:
- 39 hours per week: 07:00 am – 16:00 pm (Monday – Thursday) & 07:00 am – 12:00 noon (Friday).
- Overtime available, with enhanced rates for weekends.
