Key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Handling complaints in a timely manner, from initial contact through to resolution
- Keeping customers updated throughout the process
- Liaising closely with operational teams
- Ensure that issues are resolved to prevent repeat complaints
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Keeping accurate records of all complaints
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Previous complaints handling experience, ideally within a regulated environment
- High level of communication skills, both written and verbal
- Commitment to resolving customer issues to an exemplary standard
- Computer literate with the ability to learn new systems
