Working Hours: Onsite, 5 days per week, 9am - 5pm

About the Role:
Service Care Solutions is seeking experienced Trainer Facilitators to support the NMFL (National Management & Leadership Framework) implementation across key London sites, including the Docklands. This role is crucial to the successful delivery of a values, culture, and victim-focused training program, with the initial phase commencing on 23rd September for a 6-month period.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate in-person training sessions, including complex discussions and blended learning experiences.
  • Tailor training delivery to maximise learner engagement and inclusion.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting open communication and critical thinking.
  • Collect feedback from participants to continuously improve training delivery.
  • Coordinate with Learning & Development professionals to align training with organisational goals.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Phase 1: Starting23rd September, candidates must have:

  • A Level 4 education/training qualification or completion of the College of Policing Trainer Essentials Programme (TEP) or equivalent experience.

  • Experience in operational policing or the criminal justice sector (highly desirable).

  • Phase 2: Following the initial 6 months, it will be essential for trainers to have:

  • A Level 4 education or training qualification, or completion of the College of Policing Trainer Essentials Programme.

Vetting:

  • Current vetting status is required, and we are liaising with the Vetting Unit and Met HR for potential exemptions due to the urgency of the start date.
