Our client is currently seeking a Senior Court of Protection Lawyer to join their specialist Court of Protection Team. As a Senior Associate, you will play a crucial role in handling a broad variety of complex matters and upholding the standards of care and support that our client's team is recognised for.

In this role, you will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver the best outcomes for clients. You will take the lead on your own caseload of matters, providing support to more senior fee-earners as required. Managing client relationships and maintaining a highly attentive and customer-focused approach will also be a key responsibility. Additionally, as a Senior Associate, you will contribute to the coaching and mentoring of less experienced team members, including Solicitors, Legal Executives, Trainees, and Paralegals.

To be successful in this role, you should possess prior experience managing a varied caseload of Court of Protection matters, ideally with around 7PQE or more. Familiarity with time recording and meeting annual fee targets is important. Excellent communication skills, including an engaging, empathetic, and friendly communication style, are essential.
