Remuneration: £35,000 - £45,000 + discretionary bonus

The role of the Project Manager - Precast Concrete Solutions will involve:
- Project Manager position dealing with a range of high end manufactured precast concrete products such as prestressed flooring, precast stairs, precast walls, prestressed walls, precast frames, precast columns and precast beams
- Primarily dealing with main contractors and house builders
- Responsible for the planning of all construction site works including the provision of lifting plans and RAMS
- Carrying out site surveys ahead of projects assessing crane size and delivery vehicle requirements
- Regularly liaising with site teams and clients in respect to technical queries
- Working on projects ranging in value from £5,000 to £500,000
The ideal applicant will be a Project Manager - Precast Concrete Solutions with:
- Must have Appointed Person (Operational Lifting) qualification (CPCS A61 or NPORS N401)
- Ideally will be from a Precast Concrete / Steelwork background
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
- Able to work within a team and individually
- Confident and articulate
